The aromas of this chardonnay are fresh and vibrant, consisting of white pear, freshly cut peaches, braised nuts and lime zest. Unbridled white fruits, jasmine flower and brioche are laced through the palate entry of viscous natural acidity and dense stone fruit flavours. Pure white fruit tannin and subtle tones of creamy French oak lend weight and balance to an otherwise taunt palate. A primary and quenching finish of minerality and persistence.
Made from fruit off our coolest vineyard, this wine is an elegant style of Pinot Noir. In colour it is light red with blue and purple specks. Bright flavours of red cherries, sour plums and cinnamon on the entry, guided by fleshy textures of crushed apple flesh and satsuma plums. A vital line of chalky acidity and white pepper drive the palate to a crystalline finish of red fruits and spicy oak.
The shiraz fruit was hand-picked in the early hours of the morning and processed with 50% as whole-cluster on the bottom of the fermenters, and the other 50% destemmed as whole berries on top. This gives the wine a crunchy cherry skin tannin laced with stalky spice and dark chocolate alongside a pure palate of bright red fruits.
A classic Margaret River blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot. This wine has vibrant aromas of mulberries, vanilla pod, freshly ground coffee and violets. The palate is rich and luscious with mulberries continuing through, black currants and dark chocolate with an elegant finish of bold tannin and soft, glazed plum.
Structured yet generous entry of primary red fruit, spiced plums and wet stone. A red and black fruit core extends the entire length of the wine, held together by tensile oak and fruit tannin and a luscious blueberry and liquorice finish.
Aromas of red fruit, liquorice and glazed cherries, accompanied by hints of cassis, tobacco leaf and bay. The palate entry is coating with red and black fruit tannins, brought into line by a focused palate of blue fruits, cedar and violets. Finishes as it starts, coating and persistent. Cellar for up to 20 years, however we enjoy it for freshness now.
