Streicker Wines

Light green with subtle straw hints in colour. The aromas are bright nectarine tones and a subtle thistle and creamy oak underlay. Bold fruit on the entry leads to a dense mid-palate laden with hints of gooseberries, currents and raspberry sorbet. The finish is sophisticated and lingering, aided by an impeccable acid line and fruit derived minerality.
The fruit for this Syrah is hand-picked from the Bridgeland vineyard in the cooler sub-region of Karridale. It shows rich aromas of plums, citrus blossom and freshly picked raspberries, dotted with delicate tones of cacao nibs, white pepper and cloves. The palate is smooth, with a plum skin entry and is rife with red and blue fruit flavours. The tannins are supple and inviting, taking on an inky quality and developing into a fresh finish of apricots and eastern spice.
This is the first time a rose has been produced under the Streicker label. Made from Shiraz from the Bridgeland vineyard, it is light pink and salmon in colour, with an aniseed, raspberry and sea-breeze aroma. A dry, mineral entry to the palate is accompanied by subtle flavours of baked sweets and potpourri. The finish is clean and textured with a lingering strawberry acidity.

This wine is made from hand-picked fruit from the Ironstone vineyard, located in the heart of the Wilyabrup sub-region. The colour is a dense red with purple tones. Aromas of cassis, raspberry and hints of vanillin intermingle with cedary oak and hints of allspice. The tannins have a firm, yet velvety grip which gently fills the palate and demands protein. This wine is enjoyable now for its youth, freshness, and direct translation of a single site and season.
100% Gin Gin clone Chardonnay, hand harvested from our Ironstone Vineyard and bursting with the richness and opulence that Margaret River Chardonnay is known for. Ripe nectarine's and cut yellow peach with hints of honeycomb, bees wax and brioche lead to bold tones of glazed stone-fruit, French oak and vanilla-pod. This is followed by a persistent finish completed with hints of grain, citrus blossom and nutmeg.
