This wine was fermented on skins and matured in French oak for 10 months. Vibrant aromas of cherries, mulberries and roasted coffee beans, with hints of currant and vanilla pod appear on the nose. The palate has a rich cedar entry with darker tones of cassis and currant leading to persistent mineral tones and a refreshing cherry glaze finish.
This Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barriques and matured for 10 months. White pear and freshly picked yellow peaches accompanied by subtle hints of sweet spice and citrus blossom give a lively lift to the aromas. A rich and powerful entry to the palate, creamy oak tones and lingering flavours of lime and stone fruit are awash in vibrant natural acid.
The Rose displays luscious aromas of strawberries, rhubarb and bright summer berries. An inviting palate of raspberry sorbet and plum jam leads to a slick, refreshing finish.
A pure, fruit-driven Margaret River style. Green with yellow hues. White pear, lemon zest and gooseberry aromas. A coasting natural acid and minerality on the entry to the palate are followed by subtle French oak and peach blossom tones. The finish is crisp and lingering with yet more stone fruit and citrus hints.
At 40 years of age, the 'A-block' Cabernet Sauvignon is the oldest planting in the Clairault vineyard. Hand-picked and with a lyre trellis system, each vintage yields fruit of exceptional quality. Our winemaking practices have moved it into a contemporary Margaret River style, focussed on vineyard expression and finesse.
The fruit for our Estate Chardonnay is selected from our best blocks of fruit and hand-picked. The wine is barrel fermented, aged in oak for 9 months and battonaged every two weeks to develop texture and additional palate complexity. The aromas are of cut stone fruit, squeezed lemon and melon; the palate enters clean and precise with sophisticated lines of oyster shell, lime juice and orange blossom. Creamy oak and fine acidity lead to a crisp, lingering finish.

The nose is dominated by beautiful floral tones, dark ripe cherry and blackberry. Subtle complexities of vanilla, roasted chestnuts, cola and flint follow. The palate sees fine defined tannins sit around a core of dark cherry fruit sweetness. The fruit depth is well countered by the acidity and tannin which finishes with diamond like precision.
This wine is a rich crimson with deep black hues. On the nose; elegant aromas of blueberries, cracked allspice and bay leaves with dark chocolate hints. There is a wet slate focus and poise on the entry, carried through by luxury fine grain tannin and complex flavours of chopped dried herbs, mulberries and liquorice. The wine finishes as it starts, with elegance and balance.
Light yellow with green hints and a bouquet of almonds, lemon curd and spiced pears. The palate has a soft entry of stone fruit and eastern spices which gently builds to a fresh, viscous mouthfeel laced with hints of creamy French oak, quince and meringue. The finish is complex and lingering, with tones of apricot blossom and wheat husks.
